Kala sans internet equals Kala die

So, I'm sitting here. Quite bored, it’s the day before the long weekend, I have piles (and no over reacting here) and PILLLES of work to do, yet my little friend in my head is saying, slooow the eff down. So I am.
I wonder what I could do with 633 hours of non internet-ing. I could take up a hobby, work out, or something. I won't even touch on the amount of television/video gaming I do each month, that would be just ridunkulous. Maybe I could sleep.
So, that’s my analysis of the day. Bored boored boooo--reeeddddduh.
K-Diggity.
I've decided to track my internet usage, to really see how retardedly obsessed I am. I already know that if I haven't checked my facebook, or perez at least once per day I get this itchy feeling that I'm missing out on the world, and I get a little paranoid, as if something is going on in the facebook universe, and somehow I'm missing out (yeah, missing out on all the mafia wars updates, farmville, etc.etc. BLEH) Because lord knows I couldn't live without "liking" something someone says everyday! GAAAAASP!
So, I know my most frequent hotspots are perezhilton.com, tmz.com, facebook.com and now BlogSpot has taken a new slot. I also find myself reading the updated little new feeds on msn.ca when I open my internet explorer. Sometimes they are actually interesting.
So pretty much, if we're analyzing what a putz I am, I like to stalk real people (aka the ones I know via facebook) and I like to stalk celebrities (the ones I want to secretly marry or steal their dirty laundry to sell on Ebay via perez).
Maybe I'm a little bit of a stalker. Things certainly add up? Or a lot of a stalker. lol.
On average, I'd say I spend 2 hours on the internet each day. That's 14 hours a week, 52.7 hours a month, 633 hours a year, ON the internet. And that’s during a 9-5 work week! Imagine if I was po' and sitting on my ass AT HOME 97% of the time? Damn. I'm so glad I don't have dial-up anymore (good ol' reckless Newfoundland), I'd be out of "internet minutes" in no time at all! HAH.
