Tim Hortons

I admit I am one of those million on top of millions of Canadians that wake up in the morning and find their sleepy faces plunked in front of the steering wheel of their car winding their way towards the good ol' marnin' wake up --Mr. Tim Horton's. God love it.
I don't drink coffee, I am a tea nut, drinking ANYTHING ending in tea. You name it, I've tried it, and if I haven't, please let me know! I want to try it!
But whatever, I get a good ol' pekoe brew from Timmy's almost every morning...or should I say, I have done this in the past. for the past two weeks I have refrained from visiting my friend Tims as I cannot drink pekoe with out mah Milk. Its just a test of willpower to drive PAST a tims, let alone go through the drive through and not order a tea. :( Sad face.
But anyway, I went to Tims today, early in the morning after (ironically) a trip to my dietian in regards to my migraine strict diet, because Adam asked me to get him Tims and bring it to his work. So I did, because I love the man... and because I can blame him for the slip up in getting milk in my tea...teehee.
So anyway, seriously this Tims on Wellington and Gordon in Guelph is a fast one, two lanes, smooth service, and a funny lady with a name tag with "burger" on it. She's a laugh. And fast.
Fast is good. One might think that all Tims are fast. but this is not the case my friends. Do not be fooled by this lie.
When I was at home in Newfoundland for my holidays from August 29 to September 13th, I did my rounds at Tims in my home town (its new! ooooh) and I swear, by the time I got my tea it was already cold! they are so GD slow! what is the deal with that? I know the old saying is that the life and pace of Newfounlanders is a little slower, but for god sakes, don't make the beverages suffer because your too gd lazy to move your butt to give me my double double and fruit explosion muffin!!
Alas, it seems like the Tim's I have hit all over the island seem to either run by sloths or sleepy people. Seriously, I can't slow down to that pace.
Anyway, thats what I was thinking about today, and thought I should share it.
Enjoy. lol
