    So end of day 3 today, and I can say that I am feeling much better.  It seems that Steph was right about the whole "keeping active" while experiencing DOMS. I actually felt really good after my workout and now that I've been laying on my ass for a couple of hours, I feel like poo.  So I guess activity is the way to keep the DOMS pain down to a minimum.

    We did mostly upper body today, which was a reief as I was frightened I'd have to frigging do more squats that would rape my thighs some more.... we did a few things like burpees (but I had a little step instead of doing the full burpee down to the floor, I'm a novice) plyometric jumping (not a jump squat, I ain't that fit guys) lat pull downs, leg lifts, vertical rowing, and the rowing machine (horizontal).

    All in all, I rowed about 1000 meters yesterday, and lord help me. I felt it. The first time I did 500m right at the start, and I was so angry and mad that I almost cried when I was done. I so couldn't breathe or talk or anything I was just like, fucking little blonde thing! COME CLOSER I KICK YOU.

    I know she meant well, but, I almost went green giant on her...or ....hulk. Whatever. I was angry enough when I got to the gym, lol.

    Over all, it was a great work out. I then came home and we had fried haddock with asian seseme salad, broccoli and green beans, I was stuffed like a turkey and I happily laid down and died.

    Just kidding. I didn't die.
