    So today I found that I am defintely gaining strength and endurance, but don't get me wrong, I won't brag, as I'm still as feeble as an 80 year old and as balanced as a chronic alcoholic.


    I think I confuse Lisa with my whole bunk ankle issues. I think she's baffled by my inability to bend my ankles at all, not to mention my knees are very weak as well.

    BUT! I feel a lot better while working out, so I know I'm getting stronger.

    Not sure what else I can update you on, other then the fact that I ate cake on Saturday and I feel bad about it.

    Bad cake. Blame CJ, lol.
