So I decided I shouldn't totally be an Ebenizer Scrooge this year. I know last year was hell, and that I vowed I'd never hang another god damn shiny bulb ANYWHERE for the rest of my life, but I went out today and bought a small 4.5ft tree. My cat has a love of ...trying to be an ornament on the tree, which agrevated me even more last year than a normal Christmas would.
Still not sure if I will put up that tree or not. That I haven't decided. I bought it, just in case I do catch some Christmas Spirit this year.
So I'm turning over a few pages this week. I've decided that the only caffine entering my body will be in the form of coffee. I cannot cut it fully out right now as I am too stressed to let go of my security blanket that is caffine.
I have also decided that I won't be eating take aways anymore.
Also, setting boundaries are on the to-do list.
And, tomorrow I'm going to switch to honey in my coffee.
Definently revamping. To those reading, it may not seem like much...but its enough change for me right now. I will take it slow.
