Oh man. Oh man. OH MAN.
I am in SO much pain! I swear I'm sitting in this chair, and wondering how the hell I'm gonna get out of it!
I guess that means my workout was a good one, although I have a feeling I might have pushed myself farther than was neccessary.
I have serious DOMS issues right now (Delayed onset muscle soreness) clearly. It almost kills me to sit on the toilet! And don't even ask me to explain HOW I actually get off the toilet.
We will see how I feel tomorrow. I will have to email Lisa and ask her what she thinks. My legs are buckling and I'm very scared to walk because my legs just tend to ...go boom.
On a brighter note, we've booked a venue for our stag and doe. It's going to be on a Friday which is good since summer season is coming and it might stave people off from going to their cottages until after our event.... heres to hoping!
Its at the Moose Lodge in Kitchener, on June 18th starting at 8:00pm.
We're doing a bbq, along with tons of games and great prizes, and we can't forget the booze. The fun thing is, with every drink purchase, the bride and groom get a portion of the proceeds! I think thats pretty awesome.
So, drink up drunkards.
Anyway, I gotta go, try to get groceries or walk or something. I'm dyyyyinnng.
